Watercolour Paintings by Jane Goodfellow

Watercolour brush iconDelicate and fresh watercolour portraits

If it’s delicacy and freshness you’re after, rather than the richness of oils, watercolour paintings are a good choice. They don’t take as long to dry as oils do, so if you’re running short of time to have a portrait completed for a birthday, anniversary or Christmas gift, watercolours are a great choice (as are pen, biro, pencil and crayon drawings – pretty much everything is quicker to do than oil paintings!).

NOTE: The smaller the painting or drawing, the less detailed it will be, in any medium, including Watercolours. Also, remember that a specific background such as in the ‘Naya and Kayla’ painting will cost more than a simple background.
